- You may return your unused item in its original condition (and packaging) within 14 days of receipt without penalty.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs with a tracking number. Lost packages without a tracking number will not be refunded.
- Because refunds are not issued for damaged returns in transit back to the Seller or items that never reach the Seller´s destination, we highly recommend that you insure the return shipments.
- Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If found to be unusable, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount.
- Poorly re-packaged items that arrive damaged may be refused by us and not refunded.
